Prepare the ingredients: gather mahi-mahi, shrimp, asparagus, bell peppers, squash, lime, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and compound butter.
Dice the bell peppers and slice the squash into long strips.
Mix the compound butter with minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to enhance the flavor.
Lay out a piece of foil and place a piece of mahi-mahi on it.
Add some diced bell peppers and squash on top of the mahi-mahi.
Place shrimp on top of the vegetables.
Squeeze lime juice over the fish and vegetables.
Wrap the foil tightly to create a packet.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
Place the foil packets in the oven and cook for 13-15 minutes.
Remove the packets from the oven and carefully open them to release steam.
Taste the mahi-mahi and shrimp to check for tenderness and flavor.
