60g Parmesan Cheese
30g Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
170g Tomato Sauce
Pinch Italian Seasoning
4 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

In another bowl, beat the egg.

Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat it with the almond flour mixture, pressing to adhere.

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the coated chicken breasts and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken breasts in the skillet.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the marinara sauce.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
