1/4 cup unflavored protein powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp Italian seasoning
to taste sweetener
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
to taste parsley
