Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Prepare the breading mixture by combining 2/3 cup parmesan cheese and 1/3 cup almond flour in a bowl.

Add seasonings to the breading mixture: onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes (light amount), and salt. Mix well and set aside.

In another bowl, prepare the wet mixture by combining 1 large egg and a splash of heavy cream. Mix until combined.

Slice the chicken breasts into thinner cuts for better cooking.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and optionally use a baking rack for even cooking.

Coat each piece of chicken first in the wet mixture, then in the breading mixture. Make sure to shake off excess wet mixture before breading.
