1 vanilla pod

Warm 200 ml of honey in a pan.

Slowly drizzle the warm honey into the mixture and mix well to coat the granola.

Spread the granola mixture on baking paper and season lightly with salt.

Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
