60g Granulated sugar
15g Agar
Strawberries
Pineapple
Canned mandarins
Kiwi

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in a container.

Mix the granulated sugar and agar.

Put water in a pot and add it little by little, stirring well after each addition.

Bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat for 1 minute.

Pour cold water into a bowl and cool the pot together, leaving to cool for around 3 minutes.

Pour the jelly mixture into the container and pour the remaining mixture into a tray and chill in the refrigerator until it hardens.

Crush the contents of the tray and place on top of the jelly to finish.
