Chocolate Baked Oats

2 cups almond milk
1 medium ripe banana
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven.

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

In a blender, combine milk, banana, a little butter, maple syrup or honey, egg, and vanilla, and blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, ensuring the cocoa is mixed well.

Pour the blended liquid mixture into the oat bowl and combine into a batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top, swirling to incorporate them into the batter.
