Add 4 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats to a bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour to the oats.
Add 1/2 cup of toasted shredded unsweetened coconut to the bowl.
Add 1/3 cup of brown sugar to the mixture.
Add 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt to the ingredients.
Toss all the dry ingredients together with a spatula to combine.
Measure out 1/2 cup of grapeseed oil and add it to a measuring cup.
Add 1/2 cup of honey to the same measuring cup with the oil.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the oil and honey mixture.
Whisk the wet ingredients to combine.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the bowl.
Stir the mixture until it's combined and well mixed.
Dump the mixture onto a Sil Pat or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Press the mixture down into a compacted rectangle about an inch thick using a flat spatula.
Square off the edges of the mixture with the flat edge of the spatula.
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 325°F for about 40 minutes.
Once baked, let the bars cool completely in the baking sheet.
Use a sharp knife to cut the cooled mixture into individual bars.
