1 cup chickpea flour
2 cups water
1 cup tomato sauce
4 oz smoked scamorza cheese
4 anchovies
1/2 onion, diced
1 tsp oregano

In a large bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour and water until smooth.

Let the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flour to hydrate.

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Add the olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the batter and mix well.

Grease a baking pan with a little olive oil and pour the batter into the pan.

If using, sprinkle rosemary on top of the batter.
