1 cup garbanzo bean flour
2 cups warm water
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp finely minced rosemary
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

In a mixing bowl, add garbanzo bean flour.

Add enough warm water to make a thin batter and whisk until smooth.

Cover the bowl with a plate and let it sit for 2 hours at room temperature.

After 2 hours, uncover and skim off the foam from the batter.

Add salt, olive oil, and finely minced rosemary to the batter and stir well.

Let the batter sit for 10 minutes while preheating the oven to 500°F.

Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet on high heat until smoking hot.

Pour in a generous amount of olive oil into the skillet.
