Prepare the dough for 2 trays by mixing 2 glasses of milk, 0.5 glass of water, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 packet of baking powder.
Add a total of 6 glasses of flour to form a soft dough that sticks slightly to the hand.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Grind 3 cups of walnuts and mix with 1 cup of granulated sugar.
Divide the rested dough into 15 meringues, each the size of a tangerine.
Roll out each meringue to the size of a serving plate, as thin as possible.
Grease the baking tray and lay the first rolled dough on it.
Grease the first phyllo and place the second phyllo on top.
Sprinkle the walnut mixture on each layer, using 2 spoons of oil and walnuts for each of the 15 layers.
Close the edges of the pastry and press lightly to fit the tray size.
Cut the pastry into desired sizes before baking.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
