Roll out the puff pastry to fit the tart pan and place it over the tomatoes, tucking edges inside.
Prick the pastry with a fork to allow steam to escape.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Carefully invert the tart onto a serving plate.
Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
