2 teaspoons garlic
1/2 yellow onion
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cut 2 lbs of pork shoulder into small pieces and add to the marinade, mixing well.

Refrigerate the marinated pork for 3 to 4 hours.

After marinating, place the pork on a broiler pan and broil on low for about 15 minutes until roasted.
