Beat 4 eggs for 2 to 3 minutes and add salt.
In a skillet, add butter and pour in the beaten eggs, cooking on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Scramble the eggs until cooked to desired doneness, about 2 to 3 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup cream, 3 tablespoons oil, and 2 tablespoons vanilla essence, mixing well.
Add 2 cups all-purpose flour and 2 teaspoons baking powder to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
Heat a pan on medium-low and pour in the batter, cooking until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1 to 1.5 minutes.
