Chicken thighs or breast
1/2 Red Onion
1 cup Greek Yogurt
Feta cheese to your liking
1 Celery
1 Tomato diced
1/2 Cucumber fine cubed
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Lime squeezed
Kalamata olives to your liking
3 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Oregano
1/4 Cup Fresh Dill

Cube all Chicken and remove any unwanted fat.

Place chicken in a bowl and add salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and lime. Mix well.

Add 1 cup Greek yogurt and mix again.

Place in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.

When ready to grill, remove from fridge and let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Pierce the chicken on the wooden skewers.

Grill on low heat until internal temperature reaches 165F.

Serve on a warm Pita any way you like.
