1 chicken breast (180 g)
5 g olive oil
juice of half a lemon
pinch of sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 clove garlic
1/2 red bell pepper
1 yellow onion
100 g 0% fat Greek yogurt
bunch of chopped fresh dill
50 g cucumber
60 g all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 g olive oil (for dough)

Cut the chicken breast into chunks of similar size.

Put the chicken into a bowl.

Slice half of a red bell pepper and a yellow onion into layers.

Add the sliced vegetables to the bowl with the chicken.

Add 5 g olive oil, juice of half a lemon, a pinch of salt, freshly ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 1 clove of garlic to the bowl.

Mix everything to coat the chicken and vegetables in the marinade.

Marinate in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours for better flavor.

In a bowl, mix 60 g of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.

Add 2 g of olive oil and 60 g of Greek yogurt to the flour mixture and mix until crumbly.

Knead the dough until it forms a sticky ball.

Place a non-stick pan on the stove without turning it on, add a bit of oil, and press the dough into a flat round shape.

Turn the stove to medium heat and bake both sides for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown, flipping occasionally for about 5 to 6 minutes total.

Prepare wooden skewers and thread pieces of chicken, onion, and red pepper onto the skewers.

Heat the non-stick pan to medium-high and lay the skewers in the pan, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, flipping for about 4 to 5 minutes total until cooked through and browned.
