Chicken Souvlaki, Tzatziki Sauce & Greek Salad

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

Grill chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

Warm pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Prepare tzatziki sauce by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

Serve grilled chicken skewers with warm pita, tzatziki sauce, and fresh vegetables.

Garnish with chopped parsley and additional lemon wedges if desired.
