1 cup palm oil
1 medium onions
2 tablespoons fresh pepper
1 cup stock fish
1 lb precooked beef
2 cups waterleaf
2 seasoning cubes
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups afang leaves
1 lb goat meat
1/2 cup crayfish
1 cup dry fish
1/2 cup periwinkles

Add palm oil into the pan, ensuring it's not bleached.

Add chopped onions and fresh pepper, sautéing for a while.
