Take a pot and add water to it.

Add 1 whole chicken and 5 onions to the pot.

Add salt to taste and cover the pot.

Boil for 1 hour.

Remove the chicken and set it aside, saving the water.

Debone the chicken and cut it into pieces.

Add butter to the pot with the saved water.

Add the rice to the pot and cook it.

Cover the pot and let it cook for about 30 minutes.

Check the rice and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes if needed.

Once the water is absorbed, blend the mixture to a paste.

Serve the dish garnished with fried onions.
