In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring enough water to cover sago pearls to a boil.

Add 1 cup of sago pearls, stir gently, and cook for about 10 minutes or until translucent.

Stir continuously to make sure that the sago pearls don’t stick to the bottom of the pan and do not clump together.

After that remove from the heat.

Rinse it in cold water to remove excess starch and prevent clumping.

Then put it into two separate bowls.

Dye cooked sago red in one of the bowls.

In a bowl add red sago, white sago, cream soda agar jelly, two-layer pandan coconut jelly, add ice cubes, coconut milk, and sugar for sweetness.

Finally, add a slice of bread and serve it cold.
