2 big raw mangoes
2 tbsp fennel seeds
2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fenugreek
1/4 cup chili powder
3 tbsp mustard dal
2 tbsp turmeric
1/4 cup salt
1/2 cup vinegar

In a pan, add 2 tbsp fennel seeds, 2 tbsp cumin seeds, and 1 tsp fenugreek. Roast the seeds nicely until a fragrant aroma develops.

Transfer the roasted seeds to a grinder and grind into a fine powder.

Take 2 big raw mangoes, wash them thoroughly, and ensure they are completely dry.

Cut the washed and dried mangoes into small cubes.
