Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Chop the purple onion.

Chop the parsley.

In a bowl, combine cucumber, cherry tomatoes, purple onion, and parsley.

Add diced avocado.

Drizzle with mustard sauce, avocado oil (or olive oil), white vinegar, and lemon juice.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Toss gently to combine.
