Start with fresh tomatoes, about 1-2 pounds, and cut them into chunks, placing them in a bowl.

Slice the cucumber into pieces about a quarter inch thick and add to the bowl.

Take 1/2 of a red onion, cut it into thin slices, and break them up before adding to the bowl.

Cut 1-3 avocados into wedges and add them to the bowl, depending on your preference for avocado.

Chop 1 bunch of cilantro roughly and add it to the bowl. If you don't like cilantro, you can substitute with dill.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the salad ingredients in the bowl.

Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt, approximately 1/2 teaspoon.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and plate the salad.
