In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into small patties that will fit the slider buns.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.

Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the slider buns.

Top each patty with additional cheese if desired, then place the top half of the buns on each slider.

Arrange the sliders on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the buns are toasted and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Serve with extra ketchup and mustard on the side.
