180 grms Minced pork
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 pc water chestnut crushed and chopped
1 stalk spring onion finely chopped
2 pcs dried mushrooms soaked in hot water until soften
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup chicken stock
4 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp sugar
Cornstarch slurry for thickening the sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp sesame oil
