2 tbsp EVO Oil
1/4 tsp Pink Salt
2 Onions (sliced)
4 strips Bacon
2 Green Onion (chopped)
Pepper
6 oz Greek Yogurt
2 oz Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Combine Flour, Salt, Oil & Water, then knead until dough comes together. Place dough in bowl cover with towel, set aside.

Combine Greek Yogurt, Sour Cream & Nutmeg, set aside.

Cook Bacon to about halfway crisp & cut in pieces, set aside.

Sauté Onion Slices in Bacon Grease until partially caramelized, set aside.

Preheat Oven 500°F.

Roll out dough thin, in the shape of a rectangle to fit on top of the Baking Sheet.

Place dough on the back of the Baking Sheet.

Spread Cream evenly on the dough, leaving a small border around.

Top with Onions & Bacon Pieces and dust with Black Pepper.

Bake between 18 - 25 Minutes or until crisp.

Sprinkle with Green Onions and cut in equal Slices.
