Put flour, salt, vegetable oil, and water into a bowl and mix until well combined for about 2-3 minutes.
Knead the dough for around 6 minutes until smooth and extensible.
Dust a small bowl with flour, shape the dough, cover it, and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the smoky barbecue sauce by mixing it with creme fraiche until smooth.
After 15 minutes, flatten the dough using a rolling pin until very thin.
Spread the creme fraiche and barbecue sauce mixture evenly over the flattened dough.
Add chorizo on top of the sauce mixture, followed by mushrooms and red onion.
Bake the flammkuchen until crispy.
Garnish with spring onion before serving.
