2 large skinless chicken breast fillets

1/3 cup toasted almonds

zest and juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 cm piece fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly cracked black pepper

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together 1/4 teaspoon of white ground pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Slice 2 large skinless chicken breast fillets into strips and add to the marinade, coating the chicken well.
