- ●1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- ●1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- ●1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- ●1/4 cup honey
- ●1/2 tsp cinnamon
- ●1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped dried apricots, banana chips, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, and sunflower seeds.
- 2In a small saucepan, heat the honey over low heat until it becomes liquid.
- 3Add the cinnamon and salt to the honey and stir well to combine.
- 4Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl.
- 5Toss everything together until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the honey mixture.
- 6Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly toasted.
- 8Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- 9Once cooled, break apart any clumps and store in an airtight container.
