600 g pork meat
4 potatoes
300 g cabbage
1 carrot
1 beetroot
1 onion
0.5 bell pepper
100 g beans
1.5 tbsp tomato paste
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
2.7 liters water
fresh dill
fresh parsley
salt
ground black pepper

Bring the pork meat to a boil and remove the foam.

Boil the soaked beans over low heat for about 1 hour.

Fry the onion over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add grated carrots and grated beets; fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add garlic and tomato mixture; stew over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add chopped potatoes and chopped cabbage; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Add borscht dressing and chopped bell pepper; add salt and ground black pepper.

Boil borscht over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add chopped fresh dill and parsley; add sour cream to taste.
