2 cups cabbage, chopped
2 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup carrots, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb pork ribs
2 cups tomato juice
3 tablespoons tomato puree
1 cup beans, cooked
1 cup celery root, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons dill, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven and bake pork ribs for 20 minutes at high temperature.

Prepare stock with celery root (200 grams), large pieces of carrots, unpeeled onions, garlic (2 cloves), and bay leaves, cooking for 40 minutes on low heat.

Cut potatoes into pieces and add to the stock after it has cooked for a while.

Roast a lot of veggies including beets, bell pepper, diced onions, and grated carrots in butter for 10-15 minutes.

Add roasted veggies to the stock along with pre-cooked beans, a bit of stock, tomato juice, and tomato puree, and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.

Add chopped cabbage (100 grams) and grated tomato to the mixture, and if desired, add more beet juice for color.

Finish by adding sour cream and dill before serving.
