1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
2 cups matchstick carrots
green bell peppers
celery
beets
ajvar sauce (spicy)

Brown the beef shin bones in a pot with 1 liter of water for about an hour.

Add 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil to a pan and warm it up.

Chop onions into small cubes and add them to the pan to brown.

Once onions are slightly browned, add in 2 cups of matchstick carrots and stir.

Add in chopped green bell peppers and sauté until softened.
