2 bay leaves

1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dill roots
1 cup parsley roots
2 cups potatoes
3 cloves garlic
2 medium tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups cabbage
3 medium beets
0.5 lb bone marrow

Go to the butcher shop to get beef ribs, huge bones, and steaks.

Go to the market for vegetables.

Start cooking Ukrainian borscht in Azerbaijani style using an Afghan cauldron.

Pour water into the Afghan cauldron and put it on the fire.

Braise the bones in the cauldron.
