1 packet of instant ramen
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1-2 eggs
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt
1 tsp all bagel seasoning or to taste

Prepare ramen according to package directions.

Drain the ramen well.

Heat 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.

Stir in the garlic and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.

Fry the garlic over low heat for about 1 minute.

Beat the eggs lightly.

When the garlic is soft, stir in 1 tsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp soy sauce.

Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss.

Push the noodles to one side of the pan.

Increase the heat and add the lightly beaten eggs to the pan.

Add salt to taste.

Sprinkle with 1 tsp all bagel seasoning or to taste.

Garnish with Green Onion.
