1.5 tbsp oil
2 to 3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 stem of green onion
2 tsp chilli flakes
1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp water (room temp)
some black & white sesame seeds

Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the green onion and chilli flakes, stirring to combine.

Stir in the dark soy sauce, sugar, sriracha, and water, mixing well.

Add the boiled noodles to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.

Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
