2 ml pyogo shitake powder
1 ml garlic powder
1 ml ginger powder
1 ml onion powder
1 ml sugar
2 ml salt
550 ml water
ramen noodles

fresh chili

1 ml vinegar
700 ml water

30 ml soup soy sauce

2 ml black pepper
1-2 ml salt

Gather all ingredients: Dasida, chili powder, black pepper, shitake powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, water, ramen noodles, fresh carrot, fresh chili, green onion, and vinegar.

Grind shitake mushrooms into a fine powder if not using pre-ground.

Measure out 2 tsp of Dasida and add to a bowl.

Add 2 tsp of chili powder to the bowl.

Add 2 ml of fine black pepper to the bowl.

Add 2 ml of shitake powder to the bowl.

Add 1 ml of garlic powder to the bowl.

Add 1 ml of ginger powder to the bowl.

Add 1 ml of onion powder to the bowl.

Add 1 ml of sugar to the bowl.

Add 2 ml of salt to the bowl.

Mix all the dry ingredients together to create the soup powder.

Prepare 550 ml of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.

Once boiling, add the soup powder to the cold water.

Add ramen noodles and all veggies except half of the green onion to the pot.

Boil according to the noodle's cooking time (4.5 minutes).

Once done, remove from heat and add remaining green onion and 1 ml of vinegar.

Serve the homemade ramen and enjoy.
