1/2 cup Japanese barbecue sauce
4 large eggs
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 cup bamboo shoots
4 oz fish cake
2 cups komatsuna, chopped
4 packs instant ramen noodles

Marinate the chicken thighs in Japanese barbecue sauce in a bag and refrigerate.

Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and let it sit outside for 30 minutes before cooking.

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.

Lightly spray the air fryer grate with cooking spray.

Place the chicken thighs skin side down in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.

Flip the chicken skin side up and cook for an additional 6 minutes at 380°F.
