50g sugar

45g Cornstarch
50g Sugar
25g Butter

Bring the milk, the first sugar, and the vanilla extract to a boil.

Meanwhile, whisk the eggs, the cornstarch, and the sugar in a bowl.

When the milk is hot, pour a little bit inside the egg mixture and mix.

When the milk boils, add the egg mixture inside the saucepan.

Bring everything to a boil while constantly mixing.

Then take off the heat and add the butter.

Then pour into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate completely.
