Make the custard fresh daily, which takes between 2 and 3 hours to get ready.
Open at 1:00 PM.
Prepare a batch that makes 10 quarts of custard.
Add vanilla to the custard base.
Pour the custard base into the machine.
Let the machine churn the custard for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the quantity being made.
Run all the flavors through the same barrel, starting with lighter flavors before moving to darker ones.
For Turtle flavor, mix caramel flavored custard with hot caramel, hard dipping chocolate, and pecans, layering them until all ingredients are used.
For Cake Batter flavor, add cake batter flavoring to the custard base.
For Heath Bar flavor, mix vanilla custard with English toffee flavoring and layer it with pieces of Heath bar candy.
For Raspberry flavor, mix crushed raspberries into the custard.
