Mix warm water and yeast in a bowl; let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt; mix well.
Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the dry ingredients; stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl; cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide it into two pieces; shape one piece into a bunny body and the other into a head and ears.
Attach the head to the body and shape the ears; place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let the shaped dough rise again for 30 minutes, covered with a cloth.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bunny bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Mix powdered sugar with a little water to create a glaze; drizzle over the cooled bread.
Decorate with raisins for eyes and any additional colored icing as desired.
