1 tsp vanilla extract
4 egg yolks
3 Tsp cornflour

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined.

In a saucepan, heat the milk and vanilla extract until just about to boil.

Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture while whisking continuously to temper the eggs.

Add the cornflour and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish or individual ramekins.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until set.
