1 lb pork, cooked and sliced
4 cups lettuce, shredded
1 cup mint leaves
1 cup basil leaves
1 medium cucumber, julienned
2 medium carrots, julienned
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup peanuts, crushed
1/2 cup sweet fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon chili, minced
1/4 cup water
