Lava Cake Molten Chocolate Cake Recipe - [ Five Chefs One Kitchen ]

Lava Cake
Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.
Prepare a water bath with water and chocolate.
Add butter and a little bit of salt to the water bath.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs with sugar and stir well.
Wait for the chocolate and butter to melt in the water bath.
Cut baking paper to fit the circles and spray the circles with cooking spray.
Place the baking paper inside the circles and spray lightly again, or use melted butter instead of spray.
Sift flour through a strainer and gradually add it to the egg and sugar mixture, stirring well.
Mix the melted chocolate mixture with the egg and flour mixture until shiny.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight for best results.
Bake in the oven with the fan on.
Let the cakes rest after baking.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
Gently lift the cake from the circle and remove the baking paper.
Serve with a little bit of ice cream.
