2 cups jasmine rice
2 cups water
2 bay leaves

Grind the bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions until creamy.

Fry the cow meat in 2 tablespoons of oil with a little salt until golden brown, then remove and set aside.

In the same oil, add the ground vegetable mixture and cook.

Add salt, thyme, basil, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of jollof seasoning to the vegetables.
