1 pound chicken pieces
3 TBSP harissa paste
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
2 TBSP olive oil
½ tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. coriander seed powder
½ tsp. smoked paprika
1-2 cloves fresh garlic paste
1 small wedge lemon
⅛ cup mayonnaise
⅛ cup full fat Greek plain yogurt
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Add all of the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Reserve 2 TBSP for basting.

Add chicken to the bowl and coat well.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-6 hours.

When ready, preheat your grill to medium high heat.

Grill chicken and baste with extra sauce.
