5 cups oats
1 cup unsweetened coconut chips or flakes
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup raisins

Combine 5 cups oats, 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips or flakes, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, and 1/3 cup sunflower seeds in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup canola oil.

Pour the liquid mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.

Spread the mixture in a large roasting pan or rimmed baking sheet.

Bake the granola for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring once after 45 minutes.

After it is crisp and lightly browned, remove from the oven.

Stir in 1/2 cup cranberries and 1/2 cup raisins.
