125g pork tenderloin
2-3 green onions
1 tbsp (15ml) Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) baking soda
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
1 tsp oil
20g peanuts
4-6 dried chilies
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 g five-spice powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp (5ml) rice vinegar or black vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 (2.5ml) dark soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
