fresh coriander 1 tbsp
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
chili flakes 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
roasted and crushed coriander 1 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
blended tomato 1/2 cup
1 tbsp cream
2 cloves of sliced garlic for tempering
1/2 tsp cumin for tempering
2 dry red chilies for tempering

Add sliced garlic and cumin for tempering and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in freshly crushed garlic and ginger; sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
