1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder (amchoor)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dry ginger powder (saunth)
1/2 tsp black salt

Dry roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, black cardamom, and black peppercorns in a pan over medium heat until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
