Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix almond flour and sliced almonds in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
